Heavenly Splendor

Image
I captured this photo of the full moon last Saturday. I believe David the Psalmist must have shared my great love for the beauty displayed in the skies. I hope the photo and his words are as significant to you as they are to me. “When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers—the moon and the stars you set in place—what are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?” Psalm 8:3-4

Higher Heights!

This turkey vulture was spotted by my great nephew Andrew as I was driving him to visit a friend recently. I was glad that I was able to capture these photos without much obstruction to traffic. When we came too close, it quietly moved to a higher location. “For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.” ~ Psalm 108:4
